English Hub – Open Event 10th December 9.30am-12Noon

The English Hub Open Event gives people the opportunity to reflect on English in their own school. We will discuss our Phonics journey while showcasing the teaching of phonics in our school. The morning will also give schools a CPD opportunity focused around –

• Phonics
• Vocabulary
• Reading for Pleasure

We will also give you a self-assessment tool and an action plan format to look at your next steps. Once schools have completed them, they can send them back to the hub for feedback and further support.

This event is EYFS and KS1 focused, at present, due to the English Hub objectives.
